About Us
Who We Are
Project Backfire is a father and daughter based LLC. that creates haunt props and other items for the haunt industry. It was all started as an idea for a Homeschool senior project, that has grown into something more in a few short months.
In January 2022 Project Backfire won FEAR EXPO's Rising Star Vendor award. Fear Expo was our first time vending and was a great experience! It gave us the confidence to make the choice to vend at Trans World set for March 2022. We have since learned Tayen is the youngest vendor in TransWorld's history. It was very exciting for her and We hope it encourages more young creative haunt builders in the future.
in May of 2023, Tayen completed high school and is enrolled at the College of Central Florida in Ocala. She plans to continue growing her business through learning new skills and bringing in new twists into theming, props and costuming into the haunted attraction industry.

50% restock fee will apply to all canceled orders.
30 days to receive remaining balance refund.
1 year warranty covers ONLY manufacturer defects, NOT ABUSE. Can order repairs- Please contact for details and pricing on ABUSE repairs.
Exchange or repair at Project Backfires discretion.
Orders can place a minimum of 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of order. The remaining balance will be due immediately on shipment tracking being available. You will have 72 hours to settle your balance before your order is cancelled and made available to purchase.
